This is the first part of a two-phase building operation: nine top-end apartments made up of three and four rooms, and 300 m² of shop floor space on the ground floor.
On the side facing the nearby RN10 road the building has a decidedly “urban” looking façade. On the other side, the building is more colourful and the apartments open out on to large, south-facing balconies.
