CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING

This project is located at the heart of the Saint Esprit neighbourhood in Bayonne, an urban area where our construction will be surrounded by other tall buildings.

Following current architectural trends as well as the requests from the city of Bayonne, the design of our building is contemporary. However, we also made sure that our project would successfully be integrated in its environment. As a result of these two guidelines:

• The scale of the building is in proportion with the scale of the surrounding constructions
• The architecture is dynamic thank to various plays on lights and shadows, materials, volumes etc.
• The building presents many green spaces with different levels of green roof terraces

The building is integrated perfectly with the surrounding site whilst bringing a modern touch to the landscape.
