Dwelling House with wooden frame #4

It’s a very contemporary house, we played with volumes to create living rooms, there is a coverred terrace on the ground floor and a little balcony on the first floor.

Huge bays windows are protected from the sun in summer with the help of the cantilever floor. Inside of the building spacious places permitt to have luminous and open rooms in agreement with the nowadays lifestyle of inhabitants.
