The building complex is composed of:
- A single floor building with eight dwellings
- 14 individual dwellings split between five houses
The plan has been designed for the buildings to hug the lie of the land. The houses’ entrances are marked by porches (Lorios) which also provide shelter.
There are several common areas:
- The streets with their grass verges run along the length of the buildings
- A public lawned garden in front of the main building
