CONSTRUCTING A HOME

This house enjoys a choice location between the sea and Chiberta golf course. The design is a modern take on typical coastal architecture infused with materials such as wood, concrete and zinc. The implementation of horizontal lines creates large terraces inviting long, lazy afternoons in the sun.

The exterior spaces are fully integrated into the design of the project, acting as a continuation of the interior spaces. The terraces advancing towards the garden from the house are sheltered by generous eaves.

The many southern facing windows allow the home owners to make the most of the site throughout the year.

The house’s layout is a combination of basic geometric shapes which serve to define the different interior areas and adapt ergonomically with the surroundings.
