CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING

This project is located on the banks on of the Adour, in an urban area where our construction will be surrounded by other tall buildings.

Following current architectural trends as well as the requests from the city of Bayonne, the design of our building is contemporary. However, we also ensured that our project would successfully be integrated in its environment. As a result of these two guidelines:

• The scale of the building is in proportion with the scale of the surrounding constructions
• The architecture is dynamic thanks to various plays on lights and shadows, materials, volumes etc.
• The green spaces of the neighbouring public garden are echoed by numerous green areas in, on and around the building

The building is integrated perfectly with the surrounding site whilst bringing a modern touch to the landscape.
